Paris Poem
A Collaboration
It’s lucky she’s my friend because Paris makes some of my favorite images in the world.
This week we collaborated on a poem x photo sequence. I had these words more or less written and was unsure how to structure them until Paris brought up the idea of working together on something. I sent her my poem that night and she came back with a layout of images that made my blood rush. I edited some of my words in response to her visuals, and then we played around with a few image swaps together. This simple process was completely thrilling and I’m so happy with where our collaboration landed.
